Miss Polonia 2007 Barbara Tatara marries her Rafa…!!!

The Wedding of the Year in Poland was held last weekend (Sat. 6th June 2009) when Barbara Tatara married long time sweetheart Rafal Kacperski.

 

 

Barbara Tatara we all know very well.

 

 

She is the “Catherine Zeta-Jones” look alike from Poland who in 2007 was crowned Miss Polonia. Barbara had a whirlwind year representing Poland in the Miss Earth Contest in the Phillipines, the Miss Universe contest in Vietnam , special guest of Miss Polonia-Canada staged in Toronto and of course VIP celebrity of the Grand Prix Corporation when she visited Australia for the Formula 1 Grand Prix in 2008.

 

So who is this lucky guy Rafal Kacperski… who ends up marrying one of the most beautiful girls in the world?.  

Rafal met Barbara during their student days at Uni. Rafal studied Construction Engineering (Barbara was a linguistics student) and ended up building the Hotel Kacperski in Konstantynow about 10 kms outside of downtown Lodz…website www.en.kacperski.biz  … Rafal and Barbara now own and operate the Hotel alongside Rafal’s parents, Joseph and Teresa.

We have been very close to Barbara since her visit to Australia and became friends with Rafal who graciously hosted the Miss Polonia Australia party (including Linda Kowalski) during last years Miss Polonia final held in Lodz.
